rear sway..again
so i got everything in except for the rear sway bar...new struts, springs, front and rear gs-r lca's front sway bar (into a 93 del sol)....the rear i got off of a friend with just the bushing/bracket and the endlinks...when i look at a honda parts diagram, it says that i need another bracket, bolted to the subfame for the bracket with the bushing in it to bolt in to..
using the SEARCH feature, i couldnt find an example of the other bracket anywhere, just two bolts going directly into the subfame, im not sure how this is correctly mounted. i order the brackets from honda today, f-ing 40 bucks b/c they have to next day ship them...the only time they could get here before friday...i havent paid for them yet..my question is do i really need them? thanks in advance guys...

Re: rear sway..again (JeffS)
yea 12/13 there are holes in the sub frame already the exact space apart as the # 7 bracket is. BUT they are an odd level. one is like 1/3 of and inch more inward than the other one...maybe a bracket (12) will fix this..? but when looking for other cars pictures i dont see any using this bracket...a del sol only thing maybe? ..i dont know/

I've never owned, or worked on a delsol, but from the diagram, it appears that the sol subframe is different than the civic/integra.
The hole spacing you're describing agrees with the image of the bracket. It needs to be there to provide a flush mounting area for the swaybar mounts. You could always try a junkyard, but it's probably worth the headaches to just order them from the dealer.
Looks like they're about $11 retail and $9 online. If you have a decent local dealer you'd come out ahead having them order it rather than paying overnight shipping. Unfortunately, my dealers feel the need to add a 30%+ surcharge to everything so I refuse to deal with them.

Do you still need the GSR rear sway bar too? Because I have all that stuff (just did a ITR sway bar) and I'm in NJ too. I have 12,13,2x 7 and 10, plus the bar. Let me know, I might be able to part with it.
