Default rear suspensions for strip

My civic use Mugen shock-absorber (both front and rear).
But i've see a lot of Civic Dragster that use TOTALLY RIGID rear suspension.
(I see it when they're running on bumpy way, The rear body always bumping arround).
Even my mugen shockbreaker was allready Stiff ennough ,but it not much Rigid as they got.
Should i make the rear suspension RIGID???
gimme oppinion

not if you're planning on driving the car on the street... if you want to temporarily stiffen up the back to lessen weight transfer on the track you can get a thin garden hose or fat vacuum line and cut it into several inch long sections... then slit them the long way and slide them onto your coils in the rear to prevent it from compressing as much...
