Default Rear disc conversion for civic

I have the opportunity to purchase the brakes off a JDM GEN4 prelude.

Does anyone know if it is possible to use these brakes to do a rear disk conversion on an ED / AUSDM civic hatchback?

thanks in advance.

i would really doubt it, just basically try to get any 92+ rear discs for a 92+ hatch and if its an EF that your talking about, 88-91 hatch then just get DA rear discs 90-93 integra rear discs. i wouldnt trust prelude discs since that body style always had things in common with accords and are completely different than civics/integras
