Default Real quick motor mount question

I have the same setup as this guy, the pic isn't of my car though. I was wondering look at the driver side motor mount, notice how the hole isn't exactly in the middle, it is towards the bottom, is this where it is suppose to be, I had my mount break and i took it to beeyond engineering to have them put my poly in the new one removing the rubber on, when i got it back the hole was on the top side, i didn't think much of it and slapped it one. Now i notice one of the corners of my valve cover is rubbed away to the primer, The engine doesn't seem to look like it's sitting differently now? My questions are, which way is the right way and if it is the wrong way, how bad is it going to wear out my axle's (could there be any trans parts that will get wore out).

Hole is pretty much in the middle - just slightly offset. The angle of the picture is shot from above.

the pic makes it look alot more off center than what it is, but mine is the opposite of how it should be, F that next weekend i'm taking it off and taking it back to have them adjust it, and i'm gonna ask them for the right ECU back, but that is a whole other story. i took it there for some drivabiltiy issue's after they built my head, (severe lack of power) Bee tried alot of things one was swapping out the ecu, he said he put mine back in but, i had a OBD 1 JDM GSR P72 than redlined at 8200, now (i didn't take a look at the ECU yet) it redlines at 7600ish.
