reading cam gear

me and a friend have a disagreement on how to read cam settings, is this +6 degrees or -6 degrees

Kinda self explanatory. between your choices it would be -6 as in retarded 6 degrees. cant see close enough to tell if its on the 3rd mark centered though.
If its lined up 3 marks to the right from center than yes retarded 6 degrees
