Read my Plugs
So I went to do a compression test, just to be sure everything is okay. Look at my spark plugs. I know something isn't right but I can't remember what it means. Either I am not using a high enough octane, though I'm using 91, or my plugs are too hot or cold.

A) get rid of the split fires. I've never seen them happy long term on a honda. The multiple spark is great, but it can also lead to a weaker spark.
B) How'd the compression test go? Looks like you might be burning a little something extra...
C)Is that oil on the threads?

a) Those are NGK's. These are pulled from a 91 318is, these are the stock plugs.
b) Compression test went fine. 195 degrees temp, #1) 212, #2)220, #3)215, #4)225
3) The "stuff" on the threads is a copper based anti-seize.
