RDX 410 Injectors and S300
So first I did do a search and not coming up with anything that can help. I'm waiting on my rdx 410 cc to come in. I'm running s300 and wanted to know about dead times on the injectors. Should they be adjusted? Where would I get this info to adjust them when I install. Thank you.
What was wrong with this resource?

Specifically
Here's how to tune the dead times. Start with a completely stock engine and a stock eqivilent calibration. Check the shart term fuel trim at various steady state load levels, and check your short term fuel trim is close to 0. If not, you have not got everything stock. Now swap in the injectors. What you need to do is to increase the injector dead time so that you still get a short term fuel trim of 0. You'll need to concentrate on injector durations of less than 2 ms, where the dead time makes the most difference. Ignore idle, as the AF will go all over the place from small changes in engine temperature. Only change the dead times for the 12V and 16V values - when running the battery voltage should be 14V. When you make changes, increase or decrease the 12V and 16V values by the same amount.
As a guide, typically you'll need to increase the 12V and 16V values by 100-300 (0.1 to 0.3 ms). Use 0.05 ms increments at first.

So let me get this straight, first I read that. So I need to find a stock car and put my s300 on there, which that post it flashpro by the way just to get dead times. Ok so anybody that is all ready using the rdx injectors with s300 please chime in.
Sorry. Got that straight from Hondata.
Okay. Then you need nothing according to this.
You need a completely stock engine in good running order to calculate the injector dead times.
last night i finally got around to putting RDX injectors into my car and was pleasantly surprised with how well my car ran after just changing the injector size in my calibration to 410cc. I figured that would get me fairly close but would require a decent amount of tuning to get the A/F's right. that was not the case. WOT was perfect and did not need a single change, while part throttle only needs a little bit of tweaking. my s.trims didn't go above 10% and were mostly between 2 and 5%. this could have been a fluke. i'm not sure how well this has worked for most of you guys, but it worked awesome for me. way to go hondata!
Here is another thread with exact numbers but I don't know if your setup is similar.

Yeah just finally got ahold of my tuner buddy he said I dont need to change the dead times, just the fuel trim stock 240 then 410 set fp at 43-45 psi to start. Thanks for your help bro.
Make sure you datalog after the change. It may not be enough to just set the injector correction to 410 cc. You might still need to fine-tune the trim.
