RC injectors
trying to help my friend with his rc injectors...the injectors come with grommets and they dont fit. We expanded the inner layer with a dremel tool but it seems to sit up higher than it should be. Is there another solution to this. I searched but no good idea.

you may need to use washers on the rail to tighten and allign the injectors.

not sure about different sized RC's but I know my RC310's wern't fitting into the stock Orings. (oring inner diameter was smaller than the size of the injector). I called up RC and ordered some O-rings. I just got them today So i'll tell you if they fit right when I get home.
i had the same problem with my 310s. i got brand new o-rungs from rc also. what you have to do is place them in and tighten the fule rail down on the intake mani. it push the injectors in. youll be able to watch them go down. should work just fine.
I called RC after I got my first set. They said the injectors are supposed to fit like that and that I should just jam the injectors down on top of the grommets and they would seal and work right. So I did it, so far so good, been like that a year and they work fine.

i have an OBD2 car so he injector clips don't clip into the RC's. I have obd1 clips, just have to cut out my stock clips. I'm just not sure which wire goes to which. I'm hoping its just lay em down and it should be the same (left = left, right = right).
