I had the same question when I bought my 440's.
From what I gathered from researching and talking to the people at RC, the difference is that one is a universal fit injector that requires spacers, and the other is a direct fit.
Off the top of my head, I can't remember which is which.
Call RC and ask them. They're nice people and seem knowledgeable.
