Default Radiator question (Help plz)

Ok, Im in the process of doing a 5spd conversion on my 98 Civic EX (d16y8). I found these two hoses that was connected to the auto trans from the radiator. My problem is that I cant seem to find a place to put those two hoses on the 5spd trans. The hoses that Im talkin about is #13 and #14. Click on the link below to see a diagram. When I took out the other peice that was connected on both hoses, oil started comin out. That other peice Im talkin about is like a metal pipe that had a round end with a hole in the middle. The hole is where you put a bolt on. The bolt had a hole in the middle also, which aligns with the other hole in the metal pipe. Its so that oil could go into the auto trans. What are they for? Could I just plug them up or do I have to use them? If I have to use them, where do they go?

those are for the auto tranny cooler. you dont need them for the 5-speed tranny so you can just leave/plug .
