Default Radiator fan problems

Ok so i notices my radiator Fan is not working also my temp needle doesnt go up. I check the fuses and there all good. I put direct power to the fan and it works but when i plug it back it never turns on. What other points should i look at and check? Or does any one lknow what the problem might be.

could be a viraity of things. Is you car actually getting warm enough? The fan is only suppose to kick on after a long time of idling at a stand still. It could be as simple as your thermostat being stuck open and thus your engine never gets warm and your fan never needs to turn on.

Could also be some sensors have failed or their connections.

Have you felt the hoses to see if they are hot or cold or warm?
