Default rack and pinion bushings

There's 5 bushings for the rack and pinion in the es master kit for 88 civic.
1 is big and round. That one was easy. I have 4 tiny ones left over (they look like they go in by the left tie rod). What do i gotta do to install these? I have Helms manual but i need more info.

Default Re: rack and pinion bushings (eda6 hb)

There are mounting bolts near the drivers side. In the rack where the bolts go through, there are rubber bushings.

I have been unable to get them out with the rack on the car.
