You can run any wiring harness you want in that thing. It mostly depends on what engine and ECU you'll be running.

I ran a 94 integra inside wiring harness in my old 89 civic Si. Had the lights and everything working in it. There will be some modifications that need to be made. You also need both inside and outside fuseboxes. On mine i even used a GSR guage cluster. I also had a GSR motor in the engine bay, with a GSR ecu attached. But the car was a bucket so i sold it. BTW its alot of work to change the wiring harness. Well at least on mine because it wasnt a full race car. More of a street car.

I am curious on what exactly you plan on doing... There are some smart and well educated people here, we could all add some great insight if needed!

ok i figured it out i have decided to use a 96 engine harnest and run that straight to the ecu, and run a main power switch, fuel pump switch, ignition switch, and a fan switch.

I would use the 92-95 civic, or 94+ integra inside harness only. That way you don't have to deal with OBDII. Plus you can add a reprogrammed ecu for less money. Trust me, its much easier this way.
