Default r integra an civic shifters the same?

this kids got a civic si with a short shifter and wants to trade for my stock gsr and some money. can i do this

yes the shifters are the same its the change rods that r different.

so i can do the trade? wats a change rod im reading on here and cant get a good idea, also would i need to replace the bushings?

depending on what kind of short shifter it is, he wants your gsr shifter because its a double bend design, if it s a pos shoft shifter, i would keep the gsr dual bend instead, you don't have to replace the bushings, but, when i changed them on my hatchback, the shifts felt more positive and crisp, but i also added a skunk2 dual bend shifter
