just want to make sure I do this right...
Lined up all the marks. Put on timing belt. Turned crank three teeth counter clockwise. Tightened tensioner.
Now the part where I am a little iffy is after the timing belt is all tensioned correctly are the marks on the oil pump/gear still sposed to be lined up? Directions say to turn three teeth CCW so therefore it should not correct? Same thing applies for if you are doing it with the cover/pulley marks. Before tensioning the marks line up then afterwards the white mark on the pulley is about an inch to left of where the line on the cover is.

ok i figured it out - when tensioning the belt the cam pulleys rotate as well. therefore, if you do 1 more complete turn the motor the marks will be lined up again.
