quick suspension question

Default quick suspension question

when you say coilover i know its adjustable but if you order a coilover kit does that include the springs and shocks or just the springs?

There are 2 kinds. One is good when dialed in correctly, the other kind is not good, but its cheap. Usually there is a sleeve that just fits around your existing strut, they use an o-ring to keep the sleeve secure on the strut. If you ask me, that isnt the best way around it. It does let you use whatever shock you want though, where the good ones are mainly for racing applications and are not setup for the street. I imagine that a coilover "kit" is the not so good kind.

To answer your question. Full coilovers are everything, adjustable springs and shocks together.. and a coilover kit is usually just the springs with adjustable height.
