Default quick question regarding rear camber kit install

i just picked up the spc rear camber kit for my '00 civic si, and will be installing it tomorrow night. anyway, i was reading the instructions, and it said

"replace the arm to spindle bolt but do not tighten. replace wheel and tire assembly.... tightening nuts with the vehicle in the raised position may cause premature bushing wear due to preloading the bushing."

my question is, how am i supposed to tighten that bolt with the car down and wheels on? is that even possible?

please help me out. thanks
