will my B-series valve keeper or locks (32) of them just to specify, will they work with my k series head?

 

Yes they will. If your B series locks are new and have not been used yet I would say your good to go to use them! Both the B and K have a 5.5mm diameter valve stems. BUT..... If they are used I would get new ones just to be on the safe side. It's about $55-60 for a complete 36 piece set from the dealership.
