I don't know why you would want to do this, but it should be as simple as connecting the coil of a relay inline with the the high beam wire, and the contacts of the relay to the low beam wire and the battery. make sure u use a fuse.

what i want is the high beam to operate normal. it turns on and off by the headlight dimmer switch. but the low beams stays on all the time. making your bright lights brighter.

Dual filament bulbs can't handle the heat of running both filaments at once. You'll pull too much power through the wires, overheat the bulb and housing, and probably melt things before the bulb blows.

If you want the lows on with the highs, you really need a quad headlight setup like an Integra.

Well the wires are separate, and if you follow what i was saying, keeping the low beam on wouldn't pull any extra current through the stock wire because it would be direct from the battery. but you are right about the extra heat, it would probably cause problems with the housings or bulbs. if you want better lights, do a hid projector retrofit, and be happy with a clean cut off with amazing light.

hid kit alone makes a better projection than a halogen bulb, plus you can pick them up very reasonable off ebay. i bought two kits from ebay seller obdmart, they are the bi-xenons which means the bulb moves to project the light for either high or low beam. the kits i bought are also made by Hella, a company that produces most of the lights for german engineered vehicles

don't wire them together or you may create a fire hazard and catch your car on fire. this will not make them brighter because most high beams are 55watts and low beams are less than that, it will just give you better projection not brighter lights. if you really want something like this buy fog lights and run them all the time
