thinking of replacing the stock mounts on my eg for a b16 swap. how much of a diff is there if i get some used type r or gsr mounts over new ones like prothane or energy. also, on which stock mounts do i have the option to change the inserts and not the whole mount? would this be something u guys recomend. i found these mounts on gbc. http://www.groupbuycenter.com/buy.asp?row_id=5421 but i know i need three more or the inserts. tia
