I'm looking at buying a used H22 head that's been worked a bit.

The guy that's selling it says that it has been milled, but stock CC size has been increased by enlarging the combustion chambers themselves.

Is this going to be any problem? I don't really want more CR that way, I see myself picking up Type-S pistons for that.
