Default QUICK b20 question abut clearance

i gotta stock b20z bottom end, 3 layer headgasket, and im gonna be runnin b16 head with GSR cams, im under the understanding i might need to grind my valve reliefs, any one runnin GSR cams in a b20vtec? any cleanrance issues?

i serched, but i guess nothing comes up for my key words

I've pulled apart CRVTEC motors with stock GSR cams and seen dents on the pistons from the valves. Usually it's not bad enough with just GSR cams to destroy the motor initially, but it can lead to long term problems.

It's in your best interest to just go ahead and build the motor the right way from the get go.

I HAD FRIEND WITH A B20VTEC . HE BENT THE VALVES AFTER MOVEING THE CAM GEARS.........JUST CUT THE VALVE RELIEF..AND U SHOULDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS..
