Questions on rebuilding a d15

I bought a 93 honda civic dx about 6 months ago. When i bought it it had low compression in the one of the cylinders. Two days ago the cylinder dropped and i was wondering if it would be cheeper to rebuilt it or just put a new motor in it.

you can get those motors for like $350 shipped off ebay.

maybe 400 shipped? i dunno. i'd just replace it and not worry about it
