Questions about NITROUS...
I have a 1992 Accord LX with 92xxx miles on it. Im planning to install a nitrous kit but i want to do it the right way. I think im going to buy the entire system (venom VCN) instead of just having it button operated. Of course ill have my a/f gauge handy also.
However, i wanted to know if, other than installing the kit right, should i upgrade any parts in my engine? Would it have a VERY negative effect? The car will be daily driven and i probably won't abuse the nitrous. what things should be looked out for?
Any help appreciated.

I would say save your money and just get a better car. A 92 accord? Sorry, but thats just not worth wasting your money on. You cant polish a turd. No matter how much money and nitrous you dump into it, it will still just be a 92 accord, and it will still be slower than most other things. What are you going to use it for? If you are into real racing, it would be best to get a different car. If your a little 2fast 2furious wannabe street racer, your just gonna end up getting F'ed by either cops, blown engine, or just keep losing because its still just a 92 accord. If you dont streetrace or legal race, i dont see what you would want it for, so again it would be a waste of money.
did i ask for your opinon **** smoker? no, i asked for information. if you're not helping then just stfu. i'll "waste" my money on whatever the expletive i please.
Yes i street race, but there are things called classes fuckstick. I know i wont beat a corvette or a supra, but i will be beating other accords.
cant polish a turd? your father should have shot you onto a wall instead of into your **** bitch ***** of a mother. The world would be a better place.

Do a lil more reserach on other kits, Ive herd that the veneom one isnt the best to go with. How serious are looking to get with this kit? Like a 150 shot or like a 50 shot? Youll have to get a wideband 02 instead of the autometer ones, they dont do jack. Depending on what shot you run, you might be needing bigger injectors and a bigger fuel pump colder plugs n such. Also make sure you get a bottle warmer and a pressure gauge, this will help you keep the spray consistant each time.
good luck and do some more reseach before you bolt that stuff on

ya im researching right now. definitely going with wideband AF. also probably gonna go with a wet kit. only going to be about 75 shot at the most. its my DD so i dont want to destroy it...
Pt skater is just embarrased about his ride, other wise he would of posted the cars he's owns and has crashed in his radical carrer as a race king. I'm sure he would have offered up some knowlege on the topic... but since his intellegence has dried up after watching fast and the furious and initail #D he has nothing else to contribute except opinionated bullshiot!!
I don't remember seeing any 92 accords with NOS is fast in the furious... to bad I can't refrence it since I dont own it.... watch it again for me......and reply to this burn little biotch!!

I'm positive you'll need to upgrade your stock headgasket otherwise you will be blowing stock gaskets like crazy. Continuously redlining will do this... applying NOS to a stock engine will increase the probabillity exponentially.
I'd recommend you rebuild you engine before you install this appliaction:::: if not, just replace (rods, sleeves, pistons, multi ply metal headgasket.)
This will not only protect your engine and prevent excessive engine wear but it will also contain any detonation from NOS.
This is the safest way to apply NOS direct port... other wise you might just be hurting you car. Good luck with adding power!!

thats a good idea. Im definitely replacing my head gasket. Is it really necessary to replace rods, sleeves, and pistons? I thought those mods were for more agressive things like turbos. Also im really only going to run a 70 shot at the most.
Is a compression test a good idea first?

A 70 shot is much less agressive than, say 12 lbs of boost
A compression test is a great idea. The other suggestions by Elwuudz are geared more for someone looking to run a bigger shot, I think. As long as you stay at or below a 70 shot, you shouldn't need any of those upgrades.
