Question on Car Lingo: VTECH cracking?
Looking at purchasing a car on Craigslist. I found an ad for the same car from a few months ago on another website that includes:
"driver side fender needs paint she is sitting on 14in steelies with 90%tread all saesons LOL V-Tech cracks dont take it past 90mph"
I've read that "cracking" can just mean the vtec 'engages'. But why would it say don't take past 90 mph?
Sorry if this is an amateur question, but my previous EG got stolen, and I'm trying not to get boned.
Thanks.

He's suggesting it's a rocket with a shitty tire/suspension combo. Death highly likely over 90mph. He might also be suggesting the "v-tech" crossover RPM is so poorly set you lose control when it "cracks".
There was a time, mostly back in the 20th century, when people tried to appear professional when conducting a business transaction. Now we just crack the lulz all day every day.
