so i got a ticket for modified emissions. i know it will pass the sniffer cuz i jus recently got my car smogged. since im going to the ref, and i hear some are strict, would i fail visual by not having a heat shield on my exhaust manuifold? the bolts that hold it down were snapped, also theres a small hairline crack. thanks
