Default Question about spoon progressive springs

How much is the ride height lowered with these springs? I don't want to "slam" my car, but would like about .75-1" drop. I'm thinking of installing them on a 2003 Civic Si. Can they be used with stock shocks?

Default Re: Question about spoon progressive springs (anjapower)

the spoon springs actually lower it quite a bit more than they suggest. it is more like 1.25 inches and not .75 inches like they say. i forget the specs but i do know they are lower than marketed. they ride nice though and for the average street driver they are very nice.
