I wanna get stiffer mounts but all I see are motor mount inserts. You dont replace the entire mount? Are there complete mounts instead of inserts? And it seems that all the motor mount insert kits dont seem to include all the mounts of a 3rd gen Integra, Im assuming not all the mounting points are major ones?
There is a company that makes replacement mounts. They only make the front lower right now. They sell them on groupbuy. I won't say wether they are good or not because I haven't installed them yet.
I had some early mount insterts that didn't work to well. I had to wrap them in duct tape so they would stay in. Now they have zip ties to hold them together.

If your rear mount hasn't torn, then I would consider inserted...an insert
. It can prevent the stock mount from tearing, though you are compromising the vibration.
The rear mount takes a lot of punishment.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but I cant find my answer through searching the archived topics.
Motor Mount inserts vs entire Motor Mount replacements (poly or urethane) - would there be less vibration with the insert? I just want less engine flex, but dont want excessive vibration, nothing too extreme. Recommendations? Thanks

it's hard to have both but in your case I would just replace the rear engine mount. If you replace all of them with poly you're going to have vibration, can't get away from it. Replace the rear motor mount and get some new lower torque mounts (the ones that mount below the frame rail). The motor mount inserts are for the lower torque mounts (and the rear mount), that's where the engine really flexes the most. Replace those two with new ones (the driver's side one breaks easy). You can get them for like $30 a piece. That should make a difference if yours are worn.
HASport makes a rear mount, see it here...http://store.hybridgarage.com/. Kind of expensive though if you ask me. Especially when you can get the motor mount inserts for like $40. I would try them and see what you think. Like I said do the rear first.
