Default question about Koni yellows.

I know that Koni Yellows have an adjustable spring perch. I was wondering how much more lowering you can get if the perch is put at the bottom. Thanks

Depends on whether you be the yellows with 3 or 5 perches. But I'd somewhere between 3/4" an 1 1/2" depending which ones you buy.

But this is just an estimated guess. I have yellows with 3 perches, and just left them on the original perch... I think there was about 3/4 difference in the perches.

Here are some pics of the KONI yellows to add some visual (yes these are H&R cup struts, they are KONI yellows) The Nuespeed version KONI's have additional grooves in the strut bodies. I don't have a set of those handy to compare against.
Rears (three groove settings) 3/4" spacing between grooves

Fronts 1 1/8" spacing between grooves

I'll have a look tonight, I can't recall the measurements off the top of my head.

Usually 5mm increments.

I have a question...my front yellows only have two slots on the front for perches. Sound right?

My Neuspeed/Koni Yellows had 5 settings, all were 1/4" increments.

I have five in the rear, but only two in front.

Neuspeed were more expensive. If I have to, I'll just buy Neuspeeds later on for the front.
