Default Quaife...again

What should be replaced with a quaife lsd install?
Ive searched and have found no definitive anwsers.
The car is a 2000 civic si

Part numbers would be great.

You'll possibly need new bearings (item 17). You will definitely need the correct shims (item 11), which are special order parts. You will not know what shims you need until you are reassembling the transmission. This is a link for an Integra Type R, but the part numbers are identical.
