QTP Electronic Cutout Controller issues...

QTP Electronic Cutout Controller issues...
I have a QTP Electric Cutout on my Civic.
I recently bought the Electronic Controller they make for it since my little toggle switch broke. This is the product: http://www.quicktimeperformance.com/Controller/
However, when I power up the unit I get a code "Er7", and then when I try to calibrate it I get a code "Er2".
Anyone have one of these and know a fix? I have it wired up right...
