Default putting a vtec into a non-vtec car

first of all, is this worth it?

if so, what do i all need to do to fit a vtec egnine inside my non-vtec?

this topic has been done to death
it depends on the car but if you have any 5G+ civic or 2nd gen integra(i think) you can swap them in really easy. its just a matter of deciding what engine you want.
click on the search button and just start looking.

if you swap same seris motors just use vtec on a button so you dont have to replace the ecu
