Well you've still gotta take out your pistons & rods. Take em to a machine shop and have your pins pushed out of the GSR slugs and pressed into the PR3s. You'll need a cheapish ring compressor and rings if you don't have any to re-install.

12:1CTR vs 11.4:1PR3 in a GSR. I think CTR pistons can be found for $250ish.

How much are pr3 (b16) pistons and rings? Will they connect to gsr rods? What head gasket to get 11.4:1? Do the pr3 fit right in or do they need to be oversized?

1) These can be had very cheaply on eBay or similar since people replace the stock pistons and the used OEM pistons have little value.

2) Yes.

3) Head gaskets were not specified so I used the stock 3 layer gasket for those compression numbers.

4) Huh?

i think he is referring to whether they need to be .25 over or not..and no they dont have to be. but if u have the money i would think its better to bore out and get the oversized ones.
