puting connectors on braided lines
i was wondering how you put the connectors on the braided stainless lines, i am currently doing my turbo install and cannot figure it out, i have russel lines and fittings but i can not get the fitting on the line any help would be appreciated.
Once you decide to how long you need it, use electrical tape around the braid.
Use the electrical tape where the connector goes, now you can slide the connector over the braid and electrical tape. No fraided ends.
EDIT: This is if you are using the cheepo ones with the screw type clamp.
Now that I re read your post this might not apply. But might give you an idea.

I'm not sure. Does it have a fake cap that fit's over a normal hose clamp?
Is this what you have? http://www.russellperformance....shtml
