put in jumper wire for check engine light and.....
I put in the jumper wire in the harness for the check engine light to flash and it doesnt flash a code. The light just comes on and then goes away after i remove the jumper wire......wtf?

does your CEL come on as soon as you start your car? or do u have to run it for a while before it comes on? if it doesnt come on at immediate startup then u need to drive the car till the CEL comes on then check it with the car runnin while the light is on. mine did the same after my swap. i tried with the car off but in accesory mode and it wouldnt work i had to drive it make the CEL come on then check with the car running
