Pressurizing oil pressure reveals I put the headgasket the wrong way, now all turbo, rad, everything needs to come back off. I put the gasket on and matched the hole so it would match the oil control orfice, cause if I turned it it wouldnt be a complete opening for the orfice.
Just so happens I got lazy and had a shop install everything for me, should I pay more to get it done or tow that sonababitch home.
for a stupid stupid mistake

Im looking at a stock gasket and it seems impossible to put it on the wrong way?
Theres only one hole for the oil control orfice and a hole in the corner for the water.
What could be causing a oil leak ****
Stock gasket got metal slab sticking out on the exhast side left, the cometics gasket does not have this. How do you tell if a cometics gasket is on backwards?

Hmm , yeah I gotta order another gasket but I dont know what bore sparks sent me. I ordered a 83.5mm bore but later when I didnt get specs, months later he said it was 84mm. I kind of think back and it might have been a 84mm head gasket that he sent me. Question is the shop just ordered a 83.5mm bore gasket for my engine,as is what I ordered. FU# what if sparks actually sent me a 84mm bore which I first requested and was getting but was talked out of it for a 83.5mm bore by anthony.

I guess the real question is which gasket do you need.If the bore is 83.5mm or less than the 83.5 or the 84 will work. And your sure you got a vtec gasket not a LS gasket?
