i tried search but all i come up with is how to install, and how the rear is a pain. i know the inserts are stiffer, but what purpose do they actually do? do they help with wheel hop? i know it gives you a great back massager (from what i heard). if anyone can asnwer these for me or link me too some old posts that would be great
cause i have set juss sitting in my room.

well, on my 93 DX HB, I only installed the rear insert, no more 2-3 misshifts.
For NA and nitrous, I shift without lifting on 2-3 upshift.
To install the rear inserts, remove the intake manifold brace. to get more room.
