Default for the pro's

if any of you can help me figure this out you will be my hero............. well here we go i have been driving my car for about a month now and it has never really ran right , i thought it might just kinda run funny while my rings were breaking in, well yesterday i decided to see why my car was running leaning out when i hit boost in 2nd 3rd & 4th(1st is fine) becaue my car has been broken in (1400mi) for about 2 weeks..... first off i checked my timing it was fine,(here comes the problem) i pulled my all plugs and all of the threads have oil on them, look down the holes and all my cylinders were wet especially #1. so i decided to see where it was comming from so i did a compression test 180-185 damnnn maybe the oil was sealing my rings?, so next i did a leak down it was 1-3% in all cylinders so no leaks and we did it 3 times to make sure, maybe pcv was leaking so i dissconnected it and plugged the manifold vaccum to see if maybe the positive pressure from the turbo could be pushing oil passed the rings, same result nothing, bad turbo? nope we pulled the intercooler piping and the inside of the turbo was clean no oil present..... so basically i am stumped cylinders wet, all my sparkplug threads have oil on them and no compression leaks, turbo leaks, or pvc problems going on is there any tests that i can use to see if there is a leak somewhere ? or any other suggestions would be much appreciated........... maybe the motor is just a cursed on i guess lol

Does your car burn oil? Do you see any blue smoke out the exhaust? What shape were your valve guides in?

the 4 valve cover o-ring gaskets are not sealing ... nothing to do with leak in cylinder ...

i checked that this morning and the spark plug wires appear clean no oil showing on them.... but i am going to replace those seals today, because i dont know how old they are...... i dont think it could burn off that much oil and not have any left of the spark plug wire could they?

Well, there are only 2 ways for oil to leak into the chamber. Intake valve seals and piston rings. One or both of those are failing in a dynamic environment. (Leakdown and compression testing is static by nature.)

"How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth?"
-Sherlock Holmes

Edit: And to add, my old mini-me set-up had minimal leakdown numbers and compression numbers in the 225 range, but burned oil like a bitch. Worn rings and valve seals.

true i have had the valve seals replaced and the head replaced since it started(brand new head straight from honda with new valve seals, valves everything)....same results however its allways a possability though, i am probably going to just tear appart the motor as soon as the new house is done. and see if the rings are nice.... but i am also entertaining the idea that there might be a small crack at the bottom of the cylinder because all those tests are done close or at tdc of that cylinder so i am going to pull my cams and do the test at bdc with all the valves closed and see.... i dont even care it that is the problem i just wish i knew what it was.....the thing that buggs me is that its happening to all my cylinders not just one so all my valve seals would have to be bad or all my rings...... i was also thinking that my head might be lifting under boost and allowing oil blow by but my coolant is fine no signs of oil and my oil has no bubbles in it.....damnnnnn this honda............ oh well i am probably gonna start with another motor, hey btw anybody want to buy a built gsr motor good condition never raced
