proportioning valve differences

proportioning valve differences

Two prop. valves, one marked 30-30(?) one marked 40-40. Does anyone know the actual difference in bias between these two? As in what is the percentage front/rear of each one.

3030 found on cars with drums in the rear...
4040 found on cars with 4 wheel disk..
