Default proper cam breakin procedure

Installing gsr cams in a 1g B16a. What is recommended as far as breakin procedure? I have heard idling the motor around 1500-2000rpm for 20-30 mins then doing an oil change? Sound good?

for used gsr cams?? well you can do what my friend did and drop the clutch out the garage and hit 8,000 for the next year. his worked out fine
