My sisters 2000 accord is having problems yet again. Its a v-6 model. Over a month aog the alternator had to be replaced......... and few months after she got the car a year ago, some other work had to be done. This time when she starts, the car sometimes shakes real bad, but not all the time. She is also complaining that the car will be real underpowered and then it kicks in. I took it for a drive and I tinhk i experianced what she was talking about. I was stepping on the accelelator (not WOT) and car just didint do anything until like 3k rpm, then it got power. Now i know its not VTEC or anything, so what could it be?
Sometimes car shakes when starting.......... not wanting to start

I notcied that it sounds a bit werid........... kind of like a disel.
