hey need help guys....
my car has some problems lately. when i turn it on the engine does too low rpms and it sometimes shut, but when it doesn`t shut down it gains the rpms slowly to 1000 like 30 secs or so... sometimes it gets hard to turn it on, when it turns on i smell fuel....

but then when it turns on it`s cake...
any one knows???
hey.. i`ve taken the injectors filters out ... can that cause the problem?? maybe map sensor?? or tps?? or ecu??? (i`m runing p75 with my sohc vtec zc)

i was having idle problems and it was my IAC valve, code 14.
have you modified your fuel delivery?

don`t know if throwing code, cause no checkengine lights (cluster missing two plugs)....
and about my fuel yeah i have vortech fpr, gsr injectors (no filters), running p75 ecu.....

can the problem be the map sensor??

and hey what is the IAC sensor is that the one that two coolant lines run into it??

 

what year chassis, depends cause you can;t use p/h injectors with sat. and vice versa.

also, if no c/e light, check things such as fuel pressure, map sensor plug and wires, osme people install VAFC and dont connect map the correct way.

it`s 5th gen civic..

 

some ppl tend to put the 92+ injectors in the crx and vice versa that stuff cant be mixed without the resistor box. in your case you're fine, just check for map sensor issues, put a paper clip in your two pin connector near the ecu and test the c/e ligth to see if it works, if it does then you just need to check fuel pressure, etc
