Default problem with wideband and 02 sensors

So I installed my lc-1 last night, fairly straight forward. But today it felt like it was bogging at lower rpm's and not idling as well, hooked it up to the laptop when I got off work, and its crazy rich.
I'm thinking it's got something to do with the ecu getting one stock o2 sensor reading and one simulated from the output of the lc-1(nb simulation). The engine has two o2 sensor stock, should I simulate them both. and can I do this with only one output?
the other will go to eng. management shortly.

you need to use the brown wire not the yellow and hook the brown wire only to d14 and you should be fine
