I got a 93 CX hatchback with an electrical issue
my dash and taillights dont work because the fuse keeps blowing out
they used to work just fine but now they wont work
is this a common problem and does anyone have any idea on what i can do to fix it?

 

yeah that just means that you have a short...sounds like it could be a short to ground...you may wanna try tracking those wires and see if you have any lose wires either finding ground or touching another power wire

 

i agree with 91ef8 you're gonna have to go wire hunting, start with the corner lamp wires first, they seem to short alot since they run against the fenders etc.. Or if the car has any aftermarket lights or any add-ons that get light from that source start there..thats more than likely the culprit of the problem..

im going to have to find a wire diagram and then ill check out those wires
it might also be because the last owner tried to wire up JDM Fender corner lights

 

start there at those wires..
