Just get some 5/16ths(i think, you can take the bar and ensure the bolts fit through), washers and a couple nuts. What i did was drop a washer onto the bolt, push it into the engine area from the wheel well. Then dropped the bar onto it, added another washer and tightened the nut onto the bolt. Nice and easy. If you get a bolt thats really long you can also always trim it down.

do you mean, push the bolt from under the wheel well into the engine area? i bought a 5/16 rod bolt, i thought it would have just screwed in but it doesnt. do you think i should cut it and buy 4 more nuts? or should i return it and get 4 normal 5/16 bolts
It will not actually screw into the chassis, i believe the bolts on the ITR is actually tack welded. You'll have to push the bolt from under the well area into the engine area as you mention, then use a nut on the bolt to tighten it down onto the strut bar. I just used 4 2in(i think) 5/16th bolts and 2 washers per bolt( in wheel well, and above strut bar) then 4 nuts to tighten those up. I might have actually used 2 nuts per bolt though to get a locknut effect.
