I have a 99 Civic ex and recently added a Apex WS exhaust system. After I added the exhaust my car began to idle very rough and "search" for a idle (moving from 700rpm to 300rpm, then back). I replaced the stock exhaust and now the car idles just fine. Is this normal for the car to have a problem with just changing the exhaust?
