Nevermind.I got the answer I needed. After doing a little more research and making some calls,I realize that its better to just spend the extra money and get the pressure plate and do it right the first time.

I dont think it was a dumb question, people usually ask questions because they dont know the answer.I have friends who have upgraded their clutches but kept using stock pressure plates, while some have upgraded both their clutch and pressure plate. My stock pressure plate and clutch are working just fine.My motor is coming out soon and I plan on boosting it when I put it back in and I know my clutch wont hold up,which is why im going to replace it.I know now that by not replacing the pressure plate I could possibly run into problems with slipage in the future as well as uneven wear.I edited the original post so that if anyone looked at it,they would see that I found my answer and didnt need anyone to reply to it,but I guess I will see how I can get rid of the post so that it doesnt get anymore replies.
