Default Pressure Loss even after complete rebuild

I have a 94 GSR on which i did a complete rebuild: all the bearings, seals, gaskets, rings all from honda. went through a 1000 mile break in period never took it past 4000. Rings were alligned according to the honda manual. However I can see tiny oil droplets coming out of the exhaust and i can smell oil burning. Compression is 200-210 through all 4 cylinders. All cylinders have burnt oil on top. I am thinking guides(cause i never changed those) or machine shop messed up the valve seals. Any ideas???? Maybe im missing something.
