Default prepairing car for storage

My timing belt snapped on me the other day in my DA and I bent some valves. Figure this is a perfect time for a B18C swap but it will take me a couple months to gather up everything needed. I need to buy alot of things and its going to be pricey so it will take a while for me to get money for everything needed. I'm guessing atleast 3-4 months before the car will be back on the road. What should I do to it to prepare it for sitting? I know its not too long but I figure I still will need to do some things. Like should I drain the gas? Unfortunately I filled up like literally 15 minutes before the belt broke so I dont want a full tank of bad gas. Just things like that. Let me know what I should do so the downtime isnt as harsh on the car.

you shoudl prepare it for the next swap so it will be easier, like take out the motor, unclip the harness, drain the radiator coolant, and so when ur ready to drop it in, less work at the time, you can drain the gas i guess. prepping for the next motor will be the best, remove misc things u dont need or want

My feeling is that corrosion would be a bigger problem vs. having it ready for later.

Having the gas tank absolutely full might be a good thing. I've heard people talk about serious corrosion at or above the liquid level in the gas tank.

Also draining the cooling system allows corrosion to have at the insides of your radiator & stuff.

Get some StaBil for the gas. Then jumper the main relay plug to force the fuel pump to run for a few minutes. Don't have to start the engine, you're just circulating the fuel around the supply & return lines so it mixes it up.

Pull plugs & squirt oil in cylinders is usually good, but you're gonna either scrap that engine or at least take the head off.
