Default Prelude Steering Problem

My mate has a 92 gen4 prelude, a"mechanic" thinks its a bearing but it doesnt sound like a bearing problem, when steerings straight, its ok,but when you trun left/right it makes a clicking sound, and it pulls hard to the left side. you can hear the clicking at most speeds from inside the car(sounds like its from front left wheel). it hampers handling alot. could it be a alignment problem?or C.V's?? thanks

Check the CV's and alignment.
